Interaction - We Believe in Playing Games
How do you get young business students to be interested in accountancy? You play a game, according to Jan Wie, Head of Communications in FSR – Danish Accountants.
1. The background
Too many leave the accountancy companies and too few attend, so FSR developed a game to reach young business students through play and interaction.
2. Playing the game
It’s a roleplay involving every student in the class about entrepeneurs, accountants and networking.
3. The advantages of playing
Interaction, involvement and activity are efficient platforms for information.
4. The result
The game was a huge communicative succes. 20 percent knew more about accountancy after having played the game, 15 percent wanted to know
even more and 3 percent would consider to get an education as accountant.
